While I didn’t quite finish my other book quest this week (Relics!), I did have some luck with my latest edition of Wondrous Tails! Two lines!
I’ve had three lines at least once in the past, but this time, with two lines, I got my second silver certificate and was able to finally get that Cait Sith ribbon I’ve been wanting. Look at it! Look at it!
Did you know that some adventurers don’t get their weekly Wondrous Tails books? It’s true! And it’s sad, because it’s so shockingly easy to get one, and completing a book gets you both experience and the chance to win some amazing prizes.
You just need to head over to Idyllshire and talk to the Unctuous Adventurer who’s just kind of loitering around (X: 7.0, Y: 5.9). You’ll need to be a seasoned adventurer (Level 60) and have completed your quest into Idyllshire.
Once you’re set, the Unctuous Adventurer will get you in touch with Khloe Aliapoh, and your Wondrous journey will begin.
How To Manage Your Wondrous Tails Book
It’s worth it, too, because not only will you get a fun sticker book to complete every week, you’ll have the chance to receive some fun prizes, mounts, and other things, including tomestones and treasure maps!
Just remember: Wondrous Tails books expire. You’ll know when according to the Deadline on the top of the left page. In the image above, I had until November 28 at 2:00 a.m. to return it to Khloe. Did I? I don’t remember!
By going on specific adventures, you’ll get seals to make lines. Even just one gets you some stuff. Two lines get you silver certificates, and three lines (kinda rare) get gold certificates, which can be turned in for some expensive mounts, like my troll friend here!
Here’s a helpful table of the basic rewards based one one, two, and three lines. You also do get a base reward for simply having nine stickers!

You get to choose rewards for each set, too! So if you happen to get 3 lines, you’ll also be able to choose rewards from 9 Seals, 1 AND 2 lines! Amazing!
The timeworn maps and types of tomestones you get will depend on what the current highest available tomestones and maps are. They’ve been different in the past, and they’ll change in the future! But for now, this is what you get.
Tips & Tricks
A quick tip! By completing dungeons and trials with new adventurers, you get Second Chance points. With one, you can retry an objective to get another sticker from it (while removing an attempt from an unfinished one). But for two points, you can reshuffle the seals you already have, so long as that number is between three and seven.
Wait until you have seven stickers, and if you don’t have any lines, shuffle things around a bit! See what happens!
Along with daily Frontlines, this is also one of the most passive ways to progress as an adventurer. If you’re slow like me.
So get out there and grab yourself a copy of Wondrous Tails if you haven’t already! Just don’t try to read your book while sitting down. I’ve tried. It’s physically impossible.
